1. Introduction
Welcome to CuseQ. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. CuseQ is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers with GST-verified suppliers and manufacturers in India.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
3. SaaS Subscriptions & Payment Terms (Razorpay)
CuseQ offers SaaS subscriptions and wallet credit top-up packages for buyers and suppliers. All online payments are securely processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%). Tax invoices will be automatically generated and made available in your billing dashboard after successful payment processing. Services and subscription quotas are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation, Refunds & Digital Fulfillment
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. All services provided on CuseQ are delivered digitally and electronically upon transaction approval. 5. RFQ Listings
Buyers may post RFQs (Request for Quotations) detailing their requirements. All RFQs must be genuine, accurate, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies. RFQs are visible to verified vendors on the platform.
6. Quotations
Vendors may submit quotations in response to RFQs. All quotations must be accurate, binding, and comply with applicable laws. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders as per their quoted terms. We do not guarantee that any RFQ will receive quotations.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not: (a) post false or misleading information; (b) attempt to circumvent our verification process; (c) engage in fraudulent transactions; (d) harass other users; (e) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (f) attempt to interfere with platform operations; (g) collect user data without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
CuseQ acts as an intermediary platform and is not party to any transactions between buyers and vendors. We are not liable for disputes arising from transactions, the quality of goods or services, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
