We may use aggregated data for analytics and platform improvement.
3. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Processing (Razorpay)
Online payments for subscription plans and wallet credit top-ups are processed through our partner, Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). CuseQ does not store raw credit/debit card details, CVVs, netbanking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers. All transaction details are processed securely by Razorpay using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure and 256-bit SSL encryption.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure data storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your account information through your profile settings. You may request data deletion by contacting us. We will retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
